YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FUND

Postby MAURICE MULENGA » 12th March 2012, 09:40

Dear Zambia,

I find it surprising as to while some people think youth must mot be given empowerment.well youth need ideas which have to be translated into a business plan.further the business is set with some money that is injected in it in the form of capital .but business' growth and expantion in line with the set plan depends on it's abilitility to adapt to business changes.i.e business divesification and in meetin up with uprising competitors.

in my case iam a 27year old young man that run a printing business offering photocopying services, laminating ,binding, video recording services. i have a plan to grow my business and to increase the number of youth workers from the current three to uncountable.when we seek assistance in the form of loan we know it is not for free and that is why we also want to make advancement in our businesses and pay and cotribute to our nation.
